WHAT’S THE BEST WAY TO TAKE CARE OF MY JEWELRY?

For dangle earrings, it is best to keep item hanging on a jewelry rack. For beaded items with dangles, it is recommended to not pull or tug at the strands of beads as this can loosen the beadwork. As well, strands with bugle beads create more risk the glass bead cuts the thread when it is pulled aggressively. Beadwork is fragile and should always be handled with care. 

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

Our return policy is the following:

Special orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Purchases from our inventory may be exchanged within two (2) weeks of the date of purchase either for another piece of jewelry or for store credit. We do not give refunds. Items must be returned in its original packaging, undamaged and in unworn condition.

If item arrives damaged, please contact us by email and we will repair the item free of charge. Sorry, we cannot refund shipping but shipping with no tracking will be covered by us when returning the repaired item. Repairs will be accepted within two (2) weeks of the date of purchase.

While our policies are firm for obvious reasons, we will do everything we can to work with you and make sure your experience with is positive.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept various credit and debit card payment options, as well as Apple Pay. E-transfer can also be accepted.

HOW DO I MAKE A CUSTOM ORDER?

Custom orders will be limited each month. In the product item, you will have the option to fill in all necessary details about the custom order. Wholesale orders and other specific custom orders (ex: different style earrings) can be sent as a request to our email: beadworkbyalana@gmail.com

WHAT IS THE PROCESSING TIMES FOR CUSTOM ORDERS?

Please expect a minimum of two weeks for your order to be completed. If customer requests a specific color shade that is not in stock, additional time will be needed to get the right supplies to complete the order. If this is the case, the customer will be notified.

CAN I PICKUP MY ORDER?

Close friends or family of the owner can receive free shipping by applying a discount code, to proceed with this option please message our social accounts. We request that you only request this option if you see the owner regularly.
